Functioning and purpose
The air present in the Humibox® is taken from a fan and passed through filter cells in order to stop impurities and coarse powders released from the material in storage.
The filtered air passes through a heating coil and a washer in order to reach the appropriate temperature and humidity values and is then re-introduced into the chamber in the most uniform way possible through a special system of stainless steel ducts.
Thanks to the high air movement, generated with a high number of air recirculations every hour (from 80 to 150), a static environment is not generated with stagnant temperature and humidity but a uniform humidification of the product is obtained in any point it is placed; the temperature / humidity conditions vary from 30 ° C and 95% RH to other cases that reach 80 ° C and 90% RH.
Sizes / Models / Versions
Humibox® is designed according to the spaces and needs of the customer and the basic version is formed by the air treatment equipment and the containment structure, which makes it a real room; alternatively it can be supplied in the form of only equipment, with the main chamber made of masonry; or it can be supplied in outdoor version with double thermal insulation panels, designed to work with external temperatures up to -10 ° C.
The containment structure in the basic version is made of galvanized and pre-painted panels; while the optional version is completely made of stainless steel.
The access doors are available in various models: manual or motorized; sliding, double leaf, or vertical lifting.
The internal components (filtering wall, fan, humidifier, air distribution ducts) are always made of stainless steel also for the basic model.
