Functioning and purpose
A good cleaning of product waste created by machinery improves the quality of the finished product because it avoids pollution among the different materials or colors worked on the same machine.
Vacuum-Tex® has been designed to offer a better solution to the classic cleaning with compressed air which, however quick and simple it may be, is actually the worst cleaning method, because all that is done is to move the dust away from a point 'other of the production department, often risking creating damage to other products being processed on adjacent machines.
Applications
Vacuum-Tex® is applicable in textile environments where it is necessary to suck up large accumulations of waste material and is also suitable for existing departments, in fact no complex installation work is required.
