Functioning and purpose
A pump sends pressurized water at about 100 bar to the atomizing nozzles that spray it in an air flow, created by a fan placed upstream of the whole machine, so that the saturation of the air is obtained at a level close to 95/97% controlled by means of a droplet separator which retains excess water.
Unlike the classic SL washer, working at high pressure, the amount of water introduced is much lower and the excess water, held by the separator, is directly expelled because it is not possible to reuse it due to the accumulation of mineral salts and dust.
The volume of the machine is reduced thanks to these changes.
Applications
The SA air washer was designed for textile environments but, thanks to its technology that allows you to "wash" the air containing humidification, it can be used in every sector without causing damage to machinery.
